    I've just checked with KataGo - on empty board this solution is indeed worse by 1.5 points, but as a tsumego problem I don't see why it shouldn't be accepted. It's not inferior solution as you e.g. create worse type of ko, or seki instead of life.

    O2 instead of Q2, not as first move. P2 -> P3 -> O2 is incorrect, but I think it still works
