Double-ko leaves infinite amount of ko threats for opponent and so is not the best answer when one can live without it.

The problem states no ko, but technically there is a ko. Even if it's a double ko, so there's no problem for white - it's still "life by ko".

The outcome of double-ko is life and not ko. So I think it can stay like this.
