    answer to b18 should be c18 (not b17). after that one can build the second eye by catching d19 or b18 (there is throw in at a18). may be the stone at a16 is absent. if so b18 would work

    See the SGF attached. I don't believe the C18 stone can be killed, so no 2nd eye with the variation coded into white's moves.
