    Its dead unconditionally, but R19 is a mistake, right move is drop down T18 Q19 T16, after that R18 leads to shortage of liberties, S15 to fake eye and T17 R18 is only one eye. Playing Q19 elsewhere doesnt help to life. This problem is flawed.

    Not really. If after black b1, white drops down at a2, then black d1, white should c2, black lives with a4. the solution is correct imo.
