@caranthir: The thing that I don't like is that it appears that "to live" has been a confirmation that the solution doesn't depend on ko for every problem in the set except for this one. I'd like for it to either consistently provide the info or not.

The problems in this set need to all be changed to say "to play". Previous problems in the collection that say "to live" had no ko, and the kos were labeled "to play".

I'm not sure whether every ko-dependent prolem in this collection should be marked as "to play". If we did so, then "to live" or "to kill" would in effect be a confirmation to the solver that the solution doesn't depend on ko. That would lower the difficulty of the set, and this set is of "intermediate" difficulty. If other admins want to change the "hint policy" of this set, they can do so, but for aforementioned reasons I'm personally hesitant to change it.
