    You don't have to play D19 at all, E18, F18, G19 all work as the first move. It is unusual that you would leave out those answers, when there is no clear benefit from playing D19 first.

    I disagree with the choice to leave out answers which omit the D1 A2 exchange, it is barely relevant even in a real game (it may even be beneficial in the case of playing F2 first since it leaves a ko threat for endgame)

    To live, after D19 three moves are possible, E18, F18 and G19. But in the longer way, with B18 as a first move, E18 is missed as a correct move after D19.

    I added your move. Btw, we are still missing many other technically correct sequences (in which playing D19 is left for reserve), but I guess here threatening first to live bigger by capturing stones in the corner would be the right order in a game. So I have not added those other possible variations.
