    I know there are a lot of solutions to this simple problem ^^ but you need to add T4 after the following sequence R1, Q1, T3, T1.

    As a last move black can connect : Bl R1 Wh Q1 then T3 T1 and black T4 avoid making two eyes right ?

    Yes, you are right. I'd hesitate accepting this, though, because it gives the opponent a free ko threat. If R1 instead of T4, there are no threats.
