Basicpract: I really do not get how the problem explanation is counting "exclusive liberties" (I have seen about a dozen variations on this problem 131 now) and it is never counting the liberty from Black or White's eye as an exclusively liberty. Is that a feature of small eye versus small eye capture races I am missing (even though some small eyes have two liberties and some have one...)
d4rkm4tter: The count is correct, exclusive means eye + outside liberties, you have to consider that black has to fill D19 and white plays an atari so black has to fill L14 too. Also J1 is sente.
