Liberty count here is wrong, it is counting 1 less for B2 group. After white captures at T17, black can cut at S18 to gain a liberty, problem doesn't include that liberty I believe.

Should also consider the under the stones tesuji at s18 which extends black's liberties by 1. In this case it changes the outcome so that white is dead (w has 15 liberties to 16 for b)

Similar comment as just made for problem 199-200. I suggest a rephrasing: "Semeai Type 3: Eye vs no eye, but with other groups involved. Standard counting principles do not apply." And so on.

(1 move behind) But it should be unsettled, since Black has also 15 liberties. The moves white has to make in order to kill black are: C19, G19, L19, Q19, T17, T15, T12, T8, T2, R1, P1, K1, J5, G8, A1. So 15 moves, all of which necessary, gives 15 liberties.
