The solution is incorrect. White is dead. The liberties count for black in the solution didn't include the inside liberties. Verified with katago.

How does white have 12 exclusive liberties? I understand he has 6 obvious and then the one next to the black stone that can be taken. This one could either count for 5 liberties if white is "passive" and then we would have 6+5=11 or there could be a ko, if I'm not mistaken? Thanks for possible feedback
